Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining patient records, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Prepare prescription orders under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level
- Process insurance claims and manage billing
- Assist in the delivery of medications to patients
- Provide quality customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and pharmacy policies
Experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices
- Experience in patient care and medication administration
- Familiarity with IV infusion and aseptic technique is a plus
- Previous experience in acute care, critical care, or hospital settings preferred
- Excellent patient service skills

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
