Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our mission at Clinic Service Corporation.
Becoming part of our team, BCBAs will foster trust with families, design individualized behavior intervention plans, and oversee the supervision of Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- Provide regular supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics
- Collaborate with families, professionals, and community partners to ensure seamless care coordination and support
- Analyze data to monitor client progress, inform treatment decisions, and drive continuous quality improvement
- Maintain strict adherence to ethical guidelines and industry standards
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in a related field, such as Psychology, Education, or Special Education
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
