We are seeking an Older Adult Behavioral Health Specialist to join our Behavioral Health team. This full-time position offers a $5,000 signing bonus and up to $1,500 in relocation assistance.

- Masters degree in relevant field or RN with 2 years in behavioral health
- Eligibility to register as a QMHP
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- Dual diagnosis experience preferred
