Physician Hospice Medical Director

• Consult with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality palliative care.
• Evaluate and certify terminal prognosis during admissions and recertification periods.
• Conduct educational seminars to enhance patient care and promote hospice services.
• Provide in-house or phone consultations for acute clinical problems.
  
  

Qualifications include a medical degree, current state license, and preferred board certification in hospice and palliative care.
