What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthcare Recruiter position at Clinica Family Health & Wellness?
As our Recruiter, you will manage assigned job openings from open to close, qualify candidates in multiple areas (clinical, administrative, client support roles) consistent with Clinica Family Health & Wellness’ mission. You will follow our recruiting strategies, in a team environment, aligning our goals and ensuring our organizational culture and justice, equity, diversity and inclusivity commitment.
You will work in collaboration with our team of Recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a quality recruiting process, create a positive candidate experience, and assess qualifications of candidates. Using your experience with recruitment marketing and social media, you will work with our team to write engaging job advertisements. You will report to the Executive VP of People Development. Some on-site work is required but this can be in a hybrid model or full-time onsite.
Profile:
- Do you have experience recruiting in medical, healthcare, or mental healthcare environments?
- Are you ready to use your knowledge of clinical, non-profit, and community organization industries?
- Are you experienced at working with hiring managers to evaluate and develop candidate pools?
- Does it excite you to manage a busy requisition load between 25-50 open positions?
- Have you written job advertisements and conducted interviews in Spanish?

What We Need:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two (2 ) years of experience, including human resources or recruiting roles in mental health, healthcare, or non-profits.
- Experience with healthcare environments and their complexities.
- Bilingual Spanish
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
