As our Program Manager you will provide clinical and administrative supervision, program oversight and leadership your team who provides services to clients with serious psychiatric and/or substance abuse difficulties within a program Clinica Family Health & Wellness (CFHW). Your team will serve all ages: child, teen, adult, family, and perform group work. You will oversee the provision of outpatient services, behavioral health home treatment, home-based services. This manager will develop and implement new service lines in the Broomfield community.
Job Summary:
You will manage the daily operations of your team, serving as the main point of contact, oversight and decision-making regarding program needs, requirements, and development. You will supervise, support, and manage clinical and support staff on your team with training, guidance, coaching, delegating responsibilities, evaluating performance, and providing feedback.
You Will:
Program Management
- Utilize strategies to support staff, to work with staff on engagement at MHP and develop professionally, and to manage the workload.
- Identify, prioritize, and balance the organizational, programmatic, and staffing needs to achieve program objectives
- Maintain high quality standards of care, including coordination with appropriate internal, external, and social support
- Provide comprehensive, community-based services, designed to promote client independence and integration in all aspects of their lives
- Identifies, supports, and implements evidence-based, best, and promising practices that are appropriate to clients
Standards and Reporting
- Oversee regulatory and contractual requirements for all related contracts, partnerships or other collaborations within your team or programs
- Prepare, develop, and manage grants and grant-provided services, including timely reporting
- Evaluate resource management on an on-going basis and recommend new approaches/adjustments to maintain effective management
Communication and Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal and external staff and partners at all levels to manage and enhance relationships within CFHW and our partner agencies
- Understand and apply priorities, strategic initiatives, operational changes, and vision
- Participate in a leadership role, in CFHW initiatives (committees, task forces, etc.)
Supervisory Duties:
- Provide program oversight for your program by managing daily operations and decision-making regarding program needs, requirements, and development
- Manage the supervision of your team on a regular and frequent basis, specifically through the lens of a recovery orientation, to ensure high quality, effective and efficient services thorough accurate and timely documentation
- Provide necessary leadership to ensure effective team management
- Develop and manage the budget for your program and ensure your team is effectively managed within budget
- Hire, train, and develop a diverse team who possess a wide range of abilities and professional competencies to deliver outcomes
- Lead team meetings to promote teamwork, ensure your team is aligned and energized, and provide team direction
- Motivate and value your team around performance, professional development, resource management and participation in important CFHW meetings and committees
- Assesses that staff are trained adequately to perform duties
- Demonstrate awareness, support, and appreciation for cultural and diversity issues
- Demonstrate knowledge, support for and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations that direct CFHWs staff, services, and business practices
- Provide guidance and holds staff accountable for compliance

What We Need:
- Relevant Master’s Degree with one or two-year internship and 5 years’ relevant work experience OR relevant PhD plus 2 years’ relevant experience
- At least 3 year’s previous supervisory experience required
- Licensed PhD or PsyD, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT),
