Compensation & Benefits Package
- Annual Base Salary : $265,000
- Productivity Bonus : $48,000 annually, based on performance metrics
- Sign-on Bonus : $40,000
- CME Allowance : $1,000 per year for continuing medical education expenses
- Paid Time Off (PTO) :
- 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
- 5 additional days for CME or personal use
- Moving Expenses : Up to $10,000 in relocation reimbursement
- License & DEA Fee Coverage
- Holidays : 7 paid holidays per year
- Sick Days : 5 sick days per year
