Compensation and Benefits :
- Base Salary : $230,000 annual base salary
- Productivity Bonus : $50,000 annual productivity bonus
- CME Allowance : $1,000 per year for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
- Paid Time Off : 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
- CME / Personal Time : 5 additional days for CME or personal use
- Licensing and DEA allocation
- Paid Holidays : 7 paid holidays per year
- Sick Days : 5 sick days per year
- Health and dental Insurance : Comprehensive health insurance coverage
- Malpractice Insurance
- Retirement Plan : 401(k) plan with employer contributions
