As our Behavioral Health Technician | Medical Assistant you will support and complement our client's recovery and ongoing treatment goals. You will report to the Nursing Director.Job Summary : You will provide direct support to clients in an integrated behavioral health program located in a community mental health center in Boulder.Essential Functions :
- Manage data entry, tracking, and scheduling to support disease management and a stepped care approach
- Obtain and record client vital signs and report client history summary
- Participate and support the Behavioral Health Home care model and work with providers to monitor health and follow-up of clients
- Provide case management support to clients for wellness services and basic needs
- Dispense medications and maintain Medication Administration Records
- Refer internally for case management support for wellness services and basic needs
- Outreaches to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and other healthcare providers
- Obtain and verify client financial and demographic information and ensure client data is entered into the electronic health record

- Two (2) years experience
- Must maintain an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CNA) or have current QMAP certification required.
- If not QMAP certified, training will be required within 60 days upon hire.
