Education/Experience/License/Certification

- Do you have experience or expertise with Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused therapies, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, other Cognitive Behavior Therapies?

You will report directly to the Program Manager of our Adult Outpatient Services team.
LAOS Data Focus and Clinical position
- Spends part of full-time schedule working on clinical analytics and research, outcome tracking, program evaluation, and other duties as required
- Maintains up-to-date internal and external databases
- Creates and assembles complex documents and charts
- Tracks situations that require the attention of the Program Manager to support productivity, timeliness, and quality service delivery
- Clinician will take a case load of approximately 40 clients
- 30% of case load would be Medicare clients

Education/Experience/License/Certification
- Training in CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, preferred
- Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 3 years prior experience in a clinical setting and willingness to obtain full licensure within 12 months
- Clinician will be required to run groups and attend treatment team meetings in addition to individual therapy
