At Clinical Associates, we make being healthy easier. We connect our patients to a seamless system of integrated medical care, which includes in-house specialists in 8 areas of practice, from cardiology to podiatry.
Our more than 40 physicians, specialists and credentialed health care providers are assisted by 175 trained support staff. We do our best to take care of everything for our patients – records, scheduling appointments, coordinating with providers and specialists, and each of our offices has laboratory centers for tests and blood work on site.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
· Maintains patient panel listings by scheduling necessary appointments, follow ups and performs the necessary documentation according to the needs of the Quality and Risk Management Department.
· Provides coverage for Quality and Risk Management Clinical Coordinator, including formatting ENS reports, scheduling appointments for Transitional Care Management, Annual Wellness Visits, and other campaigns, working on attribution, empanelment, and other duties as requested.
· Support Practice Administrators to meet quality metrics including data entry.
· Support the Manager of Quality and Risk Management with departmental reports on patient compliance.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 years of Medical Office experience.
- Proficient computer skills with a willingness and ability to learn new applications.
- Medical Assistant experience preferred.
- Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
