Job Description:
We are a multi-specialty healthcare setting that offers enrichment and opportunities for growth. We connect our patients to a seamless system of integrated medical care, including in-house specialists in 8 areas of practice, from cardiology to podiatry.
Our unique services include an ambulatory surgery center and nuclear stress testing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, supportive, and nurturing experiences for patients and visitors via telephone and/or in person
- Answer all incoming phone calls for the healthcare provider and schedule appointments
- Document messages in the EMR system
- Collect co-pays, deductibles, and account balances
Requirements:
- Medical office experience (preferred)
- Call center experience (preferred)
- Excellent patient care and customer service skills
