We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor (BCBA/LBA) to support and lead our Waiver and Contract Services team.
Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and supervision for a team of Behavior Support Specialists delivering in-home and community-based services, and contractual services (schools, hospital, outpatient behavior services). You will be responsible for overseeing assessment, treatment planning, intervention fidelity, clinical documentation, and staff development, in alignment with Medicaid waiver and contractual service standards. Reports to Director of Waiver & Contract Services/Vice President of Clinical Services
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor assigned clinicians and fieldwork supervisees in alignment with BACB® and organizational standards
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) as needed
- Deliver direct supervision, observation, feedback, and fidelity checks for direct supervisees
- Support ongoing staff development through training and performance feedback
- Review and score clinical documentation, intervention plans, and progress notes
- Provide crisis consultation and intervention guidance when needed
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic service growth and clinical quality
- Maintain weekly documentation, including supervision logs and performance updates
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
- Represent the organization in community outreach and partnership events
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (Required)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) (Required)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in Kentucky (Required)
- Completed BACB® 8-hour Supervisor Training (Required)
- 2 years of experience in ABA-based service delivery (Preferred)
- Valid Driver's License.
- Valid Social Security Number or work permit if not a U.S. citizen.
- Meet all independent functioning requirements according to relevant Kentucky Medicaid Waiver regulations (background checks, drug screens, etc.)
- Strong leadership, clinical, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage behavioral crises and oversee behavior programming
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Must be willing to travel locally for in-home and community-based services
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist clients with mobility devices as needed
- Ability to assume various physical postures (sitting, kneeling, squatting) for extended periods
- Must be able to safely transport individuals with behavioral challenges
- Manual dexterity is required for data entry and documentation
