Account management to promote CCSI’s OBIX application-based solutions, Electronic Fetal Monitors, and other company products / services, as assigned with emphasis on a solutions-based approach to control the perinatal market in a given hospital or organization, prospecting daily to maintain a robust sales funnel, writing and presenting proposals to customers, and meeting sales goals. Provide consultative customer service and complete the necessary business processes to ensure accurate service activation and billing.

Regional Sales Manager (SW) assumes primary team position as the subject matter expert on the Software related CCSI solutions, the Regional Sales Manager (HW) assumes primary team position as the subject matter expert on the Hardware related CCSI solutions.

Additionally :

  • Must understand the business drivers of healthcare.
  • Must be able to manage a Sales funnel with proper expectations and timelines.
  • Must be able to manage appointments and schedules with onsite customer visits and demo presentations with Clinical Specialist and Technical Sales Support Manager.
  • Must be willing to adopt a “team selling” mentality from the ground up.
  • Must be able to generate leads.
  • Must be able to attend regional and national sales shows and conferences.
  • Must be able to generate a quote.
  • Must have presentation skills and the ability to set up the demo unit at presentations.
  • Must be able to articulate value messages and drive opportunities to closure.
  • Must demonstrate understanding of the regulatory environment for healthcare clinical and executive managers.
  • Must have a knowledge of all facets of healthcare, including hospitals and IDN's, ambulatory, large group practices, university practice plans, health plans, and enterprise organizations.
  • Must be able to express understanding of importance of clinical and financial integration in health care systems.
  • Must be a consummate team player willing to assist other regions outside of their quota responsibility as required and as part of a greater team.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Mastery of all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Successful work history with particular focus on negotiation skills, management, revenue, and market share enhancement.
  • Willing to travel extensively (up to 75%).
  • Must have current driver license and Passport.
  • Salary :
  • 75-80K
  • Including commission bonus based on sales.
  • Supervisory Responsibility :

    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years software sales experience in related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota and developing and managing a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Understanding of industry sales cycles preferred
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 75% of the work week on average in respective regional territory; valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
  • Comfortable presenting software in front of executives, supervisors and end users
  • Superior oral, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially effective listening and customer orientation mastery
  • Adaptable and responsive to innovation and change, identifying areas for improvement, to support business success
  • Demonstrates personal accountability, excellence and integrity
  • Results driven professional with the ability to work well and deliver under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Organized, detail and task oriented; excellent follow-up skills
  • Creative problem solver, able to quickly resolve issues and negotiate any challenges that occur with customers
  • Fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Working Environment :

    This job operates in a professional office environment or remote home office location. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.  Periods of stress may occur.

    This role may occasionally come into contact with Protected Health Information, Personal Identifiable Information or Privacy Records, and it is essential that all employees adhere to confidentiality requirements as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Harris’ Security and Privacy policies, as well as apply the concepts learned in the annual Security Awareness training.

  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and an ability to adjust focus.
  • Expected Hours of Work :

    Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours.
