What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager position at Clinical Computer Systems?
Account management to promote CCSI’s OBIX application-based solutions, Electronic Fetal Monitors, and other company products / services, as assigned with emphasis on a solutions-based approach to control the perinatal market in a given hospital or organization, prospecting daily to maintain a robust sales funnel, writing and presenting proposals to customers, and meeting sales goals. Provide consultative customer service and complete the necessary business processes to ensure accurate service activation and billing.
Regional Sales Manager (SW) assumes primary team position as the subject matter expert on the Software related CCSI solutions, the Regional Sales Manager (HW) assumes primary team position as the subject matter expert on the Hardware related CCSI solutions.
Additionally :
- Must understand the business drivers of healthcare.
- Must be able to manage a Sales funnel with proper expectations and timelines.
- Must be able to manage appointments and schedules with onsite customer visits and demo presentations with Clinical Specialist and Technical Sales Support Manager.
- Must be willing to adopt a “team selling” mentality from the ground up.
- Must be able to generate leads.
- Must be able to attend regional and national sales shows and conferences.
- Must be able to generate a quote.
- Must have presentation skills and the ability to set up the demo unit at presentations.
- Must be able to articulate value messages and drive opportunities to closure.
- Must demonstrate understanding of the regulatory environment for healthcare clinical and executive managers.
- Must have a knowledge of all facets of healthcare, including hospitals and IDN's, ambulatory, large group practices, university practice plans, health plans, and enterprise organizations.
- Must be able to express understanding of importance of clinical and financial integration in health care systems.
- Must be a consummate team player willing to assist other regions outside of their quota responsibility as required and as part of a greater team.

Working Environment :
