Clinical Consultants is seeking a full time transitional housing case manger to join our team to aid with managing two sober living homes and contributing to our team, working in a substance abuse and mental health counseling facility in our great Tooele location.
Requirements
-An ideal candidate has past experience working in the behavioral health field, in a sober living setting, and has a strong passion for helping others. Individuals who are not certified as case managers will be trained and certified as part of initial employment.
-An Associates or Bachelors Degree in a human service related field is preferred.

Hours / Schedule
The schedule is 40 hours per week and would require some weekend work.
Job Description
Much of the job would focus on maintaining our two sober living homes in Tooele County, overseeing clients who live in the homes, responding to incidents in the homes, doing light maintenance, and coordinating larger maintenance work. The individual in this position provides case management to support clients in gaining employment, improving self sufficiency, and connecting with local resources. Clerical tasks, documentation of services provided, and community outreach are also important parts of the position.
Compensation
Base/Offered Pay is $17/Hr and negotiable. Pay will vary based on: Education level, experience, and relevant certifications held.
