Clinical Consulting Associates, Inc. (CCA) is seeking an immediate contractual Occupational Therapist
within a school setting through June 2025 (ongoing annual agreements available thereafter).
Educational requirement examples include but are not limited to Bachelors (if grandfathered from 2007
or prior), Masters (MOT, MA or MS), or Doctoral (OTD) degree with the following registration and/or
license (OTR or OTRL). Additional certifications (CAS, BCMH, SCSS, etc.) are not required, but desired.
Experience is not required, but desired.
Job Description:
Ideal candidates value professional development, have strong leadership skills, and understand current
trends in behavioral health and occupational therapy. Services include assessment, treatment planning,
therapy, documentation, and communication. Successful candidates regard professionalism, positivity,
customer service, timeliness, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Work with students of various ages and disabilities/behavioral issues
Provide occupational therapy, facilitation, and coordination of care/information
Participate in student IEPs with team members, parents, and/or staff, etc.
Engage with students, parents, and staff professionally and authentically
Foster and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
Manage time effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining independence
Continue to advance knowledge, creativity, and clinical skills to care for students better
