Responsibilities :
- Support initial edit needs for a diverse portfolio of educational activities in Neuroscience topics, including collaborating with other Clinical Editors when needed to complete / prioritize deliverables on schedule.
- Track schedules for assigned programs and proactively communicate with Managing Clinical Editor, Scientific Directors, Program Managers, and other team members to meet deadlines.
- Initial edit of all activities and deliverables (faculty slides, commentaries, transcript into text, text / slides, etc).
- Condense and formalize language.
- Fact / reference checking and verify accuracy of data / information with original data sources.
- Identify / secure copyright permissions and add / complete front matter template for online deliverables.
- Create breaksheets for multimedia modules as needed.
- Draft accredited education introductory slides as needed.
- Review material once posted online for accuracy.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by Managing Clinical Editor or Editorial Director.
- Work occasional evening / weekend hours aligned with timing of activities.
