PSYCHIATRIC TECHNICIAN POSITION SUMMARY:
The Psychiatric Technician will provide continuous visual monitoring of patients who have been assessed to be at an increased risk of harm to self or others (otherwise known as Psychiatric Close Observation).
PSYCHIATRIC TECHNICIAN MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED (preference for an associate degree in human services, or working towards a degree in human services)
