Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Case Management | CDi Consultant, headquartered in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating onsite with healthcare organizations to understand their case management needs, providing consulting services to optimize clinical documentation processes, and analyzing financial data to enhance operating margins. The role also involves developing business processes and strategies to improve healthcare delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Revenue Cycle expertise
- Experience in Case Management Consulting and CDI Consulting
- Proficiency in Business Process workflow development and optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Finance, or related field
