ry teams.Role Description of Director: This full-time Director role focuses on overseeing and leading the clinical middle of the revenue cycle, including Case Management Redesign, Clinical Documentation Integrity, Excess Day Reduction, Observation Patient Management, and Clinical Denial Avoidance. The Director will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and leadership of project teams using Clinical Intelligence’s tools and methodologies. Responsibilities include creating collaborative environments, identifying gaps, streamlining workflow, knowledge share on the “CI Way” and ensuring successful client outcomes. The Director will provide oversight and support Senior Consultant Leader with client engagements, keep the Executive Team updated, and facilitate assessments, process redesign, and implementation of standardized processes to improve patient care and capacity as needed. Additionally, the role involves customizing solutions, analyzing data, providing management consulting, and optimizing business processes for operational efficiency and quality care. Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Leadership, Professionalism, Team Collaboration, and Communication
o Strategic Planning to achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals.
o Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
o Maintain open communication with CI Partners and the Executive Team.
o Develop and present Steering Committee documents.
o Anticipate client needs and contribute to work products.
o Use strong communication and leadership skills to drive improvements.
Project Management and Change Management
o Overcome roadblocks and manage change effectively.
o Address barriers and challenges supportively.
o Develop and implement Management Action Plans using best practices.
o Ensure client deliverables are met, and outcomes are sustainable.
o Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.
o Lead teams on initiatives and tactics.
o Develop agendas and minutes for team meetings.
Facilitation of Best Practice Process Improvement and Analysis
o Develop and implement best practices to achieve goals.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
o Minimum 12 years in healthcare; 5 years in consulting.
o Proven experience in a leadership role within utilization review, workforce planning, care management, and performance improvement.
Skills and Knowledge:
o Knowledge of regulatory compliance and CMS Conditions of Participation.
o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
o Finance and business process expertise.
o Proficient computer skills and knowledge of data systems, including Microsoft Software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
o Effective communication, consulting, interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
