We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, LLP. As a key member of our laboratory staff, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care through the accurate analysis of human body fluids and tissues.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus an hourly shift differential of up to 98% for certain shifts. You will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in medical technology or a related science from an accredited program, as well as current certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) as a laboratory scientist (MLS) or the American Medical Technologist (AMT) as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards, championing safety, compliance, and quality control. You will perform routine and complex analytical tests on human body fluids and tissues to provide accurate data to the healthcare team for optimal diagnosis and treatment monitoring of disease states.
