Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, LLP is seeking a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team in Kula, HI.
About the Role
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $25.44 to $27.98 per hour for MLTs and $34.50 to $35.19 per hour for MTs, along with a sign-on bonus/relocation eligibility.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex analytical tests on human body fluids and tissues to provide accurate data for diagnosis and treatment monitoring.
- Analyze, review, and report testing results, recognizing when corrective action is needed and implementing effective solutions.
- Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards, championing safety, compliance, and quality control.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in medical technology or related science from an accredited program.
- Current and active certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) as a laboratory scientist (MLS), formerly known as MT/CLS, or American Medical Technologist, as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) (AMT).
- Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to operate general laboratory equipment.
