Clinical Pharmacy Operations
Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Operations, the Clinical Pharmacist will join a small, tight-knit team of specialists serving unique populations.
Working alongside PGY1 and PGY2 Trained Inpatient Pharmacy Specialists, the new Hospital Pharmacist will have the opportunity to grow and contribute to an outstanding group dynamic.
Patient Care and Education
The Acute Care Pharmacist will play a significant role in patient care, working with patients across the inpatient spectrum to review and evaluate medication regimens.
As a subject matter expert, this Pharmacist will provide drug information and education to medical staff, nurses, students, and patients.
