An award-winning critical access hospital located in southern New Hampshire is currently searching for an experienced Acute Care Pharmacist to join their team!This regional leading healthcare organization offers a wide range of clinical services including medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetrics, pediatrics, emergency care, mental health, and primary care services. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, the Acute Care Pharmacist will ensure the safe and effective use of medications within an acute care hospital setting. The Inpatient Pharmacist will assess physician orders, contributes to and follows department policies, ensures compliance with state and organization guidelines, obtains and interprets patient needs, maintains educational proficiency, oversees preparation and dispensing of patient medications, assists with inventory management, and works as part of a collaborative team.
- What’s Needed to Succeed :
- Bachelor’s level degree in Pharmaceutical Science of PharmD
- Licensed as a Pharmacist in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain
