Key Responsibilities:
- Departmental Oversight: Develop and monitor operational and capital budgets, coordinate procedural matters with medical and nursing staff, and foster positive working relationships across departments.
- Employee Relations and Workflow: Oversee employee relations, workflow patterns, and service priorities to ensure efficient service provision.
- Marketing and Strategic Planning: Participate in marketing and strategic planning initiatives.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to JACHO standards and safety regulations, supervising record maintenance, monitoring productivity, and maintaining proficiency in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Requirements:
- Ongoing Ohio license
- Current BCLS certification
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations
- Advanced certification or one year of cross-training in a second modality
