Your Role
You will join a team of experienced radiation therapists and technicians, reporting directly to the Manager of Oncology Services. As a Radiation Therapist, you will provide personalized radiation therapy treatments, working closely with department RNs and providers to ensure seamless care.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide individualized radiation therapy treatments, ensuring precise calculation of exposure time, dose size, and strength to minimize adverse effects.
- Educate patients receiving radiation therapy and monitor their progress, responsiveness, and overall well-being.
- Implement training programs for new employees, maintain staff competencies, and promote professional development activities.
