The Clinic Nurse Manager will be well supported by Clinic Supervisors at and will be responsible for hiring, firing, onboarding, training, and evaluating staff. In addition, the clinic manager nurse will assist with quality standards, establish and maintain policies and procedures, and collaborate with clinic leadership to coordinate clinic program development. The Clinic Nurse Manager should have excellent communication skills, have experience working with Providers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
