This health care system has over 20 provider clinics and offers a variety of specialty practices including ICU, MedSurg, Cardiac, and Wound Care. Reporting to the Nurse Manager of the Intensive Care Unit, the Critical Care Nurse will play a pivotal role in delivering specialized care to critically ill patients. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Physicians, other Critical Care Nurses, a Charge Nurse, and the Nurse Manager to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient's needs.
As a Critical Care Nurse, responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, administering advanced treatments and interventions, and closely monitoring patients’ conditions using sophisticated monitoring equipment. Additionally, the Critical Care RN will provide patient education and ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients in the ICU.
