- Consult with healthcare providers to provide patient education on medications and adverse reactions
- Serve as an expert for the healthcare team, including Nurses, to provide Drug and Treatment Education
- Perform drug utilization reviews and inventory management tasks
- Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with patient care teams
