This role will also work alongside a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including hospitalists, surgeons, and emergency care professionals, to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.The ENT Hospital Physician will be part of a dynamic practice that includes a well-established ENT physician and a skilled PA. The hospital features 36 inpatient beds, a 10-bed Open ICU, and a busy 8-bed Emergency Department with highly experienced staff. The facility is equipped with 5 ORs, a 4-OR Surgery Center, and advanced technology, including the daVinci Xi robot. The practice offers a mix of general ENT cases, facial trauma, and a large internal referral base, providing the opportunity to build on an existing patient population.The ENT Hospital Physician will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care, including diagnosing and treating a wide range of ENT conditions. This role will also focus on mentoring advanced practice clinicians, participating in clinical quality improvement initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with referring physicians.
