The Financial Management Specialist will oversee all financial, registration, billing, and collection operations for the hospital. Daily responsibilities include policy and procedure development, implementing strategies to optimize revenue, working to enhance collections, monitoring payer performance, managing third-party payer relations, generating financial reports and analyzing trends, overseeing the use of healthcare IT systems, coordinating financial counseling services, and advising on capital investments, service line profitability, and cost management strategies.
Requirements
