The Role
You will report directly to the Manager of Oncology Pharmacy Services as the Oncology Pharmacist. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing medication approval, dispensing, and counseling of patients undergoing cancer treatment services.
You will be part of a dynamic hospital pharmacy team at two Cancer Centers, including a brand-new facility.
Requirements
- Experience performing drug compounding, such as chemotherapy compounding and/or non-hazardous compounding
- Serving as a liaison, supporting pharmacy staff, technicians, and hospital staff as needed
A strong background in Oncology Pharmacy and a PharmD Degree are essential for this role. Progressive clinical leadership experience in hospital pharmacy services is also highly valued.
