Job Description
The Hospital Oncology Pharmacy Director is responsible for leading the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with DEA, OSHA, NIOSH, FDA, HRSA, and TN Board of Pharmacy guidelines. This includes supervising all pharmacy staff, managing annual budgets, and preparing administrative reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement rules and regulations for the oncology pharmacy department
- Supervise and manage 30 direct and indirect reports
- Manage annual budgets and prepare administrative reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, including DEA, OSHA, NIOSH, FDA, HRSA, and TN Board of Pharmacy
