Role of the House Supervisor RN
Under the guidance of the Administrative Director and the Chief Nursing Officer, the House Supervisor RN will oversee patient flow and serve as a resource for support services and departments throughout the hospital. In the absence of the Nursing Directors, the House Supervisor RN will provide assistance to nursing staff and inpatient departments. Additionally, the House Supervisor RN will adhere to established policies and procedures, ensuring accurate daily house reports.
