As an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist, this role will require participation in clinical pharmacy initiatives, patient teaching, code support, effective use of dosing protocols, and tracking of clinical interventions. This role will require knowledge of monitoring the effects of medications best suited for each patient and will counsel their patients on the effects of the drug.
