A leading acute care hospital in western Illinois is now seeking an experienced Licensed Physical Therapist to join their award-winning healthcare team. This not-for-profit acute care hospital is home to over 300 inpatient beds and provides a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient services. Reporting to the Director Rehabilitative Services, the Licensed Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care in an inpatient setting. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient documentation, developing personalized physical therapy plans, monitors patient treatments and response to treatments, consults with physician teams, provides instruction on home care, assists with training in-house clinical staff, supervises the Physical Therapy Assistants, and serves as an active member in the department quality control program.
