As the Inpatient Laboratory Supervisor ASCP, you will oversee daily operations of the laboratory department, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will supervise a team including Medical Technologists, Medical Laboratory Technicians, and Medical Lab Assistants, ensuring accurate test results and proper specimen handling. The Supervisor coordinates work assignments, reviews staff performance, and provides on-site consultation for technical issues. - Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent experience.
- MT or MLS (ASCP) certification
