We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Night Shift Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at our excellent medical center.
The successful candidate will be part of our fantastic Women & Children's Health department in the Central Valley area, working in a Baby-Friendly department that is part of an award-winning community medical center. Our 150 bed medical center is a Level 2 trauma center and has achieved the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval, with a well-established Level 2 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Your Role:
- Inspire a culture of respect, diligence, and innovation.
- Ensure patient safety and educate new parents effectively.
- Assist in the infant's transition out of the NICU.
As an Inpatient Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for organizing complex care and providing high-quality, efficient care in a fast-paced environment. You will act as an advocate for your patients, accurately assessing their individual needs and going above and beyond to help them.
