Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director Acute Care will manage all inpatient nursing services while ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include develop and implementing strategic policies, conducts staff evaluations, oversees budgeting and resource allocation, upholds infection control policies, and promotes an environment of continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
