The Surgical Services Nurse Educator will be responsible for providing education to our multiple operating rooms, working closely with the Surgical Services Nurse Manager to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations. As a clinical instructor, you will guide and support our Surgical Services Nurses in their professional development, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective training programs. Your expertise will enable our staff to provide the highest level of care to our patients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide daily updates on educational courses to the Surgical Services Nurse Manager
- Collaborate with the Surgical Services Nurse Manager to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations
- Serve as a clinical instructor, guiding and supporting Surgical Services Nurses in their professional development
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective training programs
- Educate and provide clinical insight to the entire operating room clinical staff, including nurses, scrub technicians, and RNFAs
**Skills Required**
- Strong background in nursing education, preferably in surgical services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals
