Job Description
An Orthopedic Physician Assistant will work directly under the supervision of orthopedic surgeons and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physical therapists, and administrative staff. The orthopedic unit is equipped with advanced technology to support a variety of procedures and treatments, ranging from minimally invasive surgeries to complex orthopedic interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conducting pre-operative evaluations, managing post-operative care, and performing procedures such as joint injections and wound care under supervision
- Working closely with other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans while educating patients and their families on recovery protocols and preventive care strategies
