Job Description:
The Inpatient Pharmacy Services Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the inpatient pharmacy department. This includes managing staffing, scheduling, payroll, time off requests, and employee performance evaluations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations and leadership experience in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Inpatient Pharmacy Services Director to develop and implement strategies for improving departmental efficiency and patient care.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A PharmD degree, or equivalent, and previous leadership experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
- A strong understanding of pharmacy operations, including scheduling, payroll, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships within the team.
