Job Description
The Senior ER Operations Director will directly report to the Emergency Room Nurse Director and provide daily updates regarding the status of the emergency department. They will work closely with the Emergency Room Nurse Director to ensure all rules and regulations are being followed. The ideal candidate will serve as a direct leader to the ER team, providing guidance and support during critical situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide direct oversight to the emergency department
- Ensure high-quality patient care and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices
- Mentor and develop staff members to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN)
