Working closely with the Surgical Services Nurse Manager, you will ensure compliance with all rules and regulations, while also guiding and supporting our Surgical Services Nurses in their professional development. As a clinical instructor, you will help identify areas for improvement and implement effective training programs, enabling our staff to provide the highest level of care to our patients.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide daily updates on educational courses to the Surgical Services Nurse Manager
- Collaborate with the Surgical Services Nurse Manager to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations
- Serve as a clinical instructor, guiding and supporting Surgical Services Nurses in their professional development
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective training programs
- Educate and provide clinical insight to the entire operating room clinical staff, including nurses, scrub technicians, and RNFAs

- Strong background in nursing education, preferably in surgical services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
