A leading acute care hospital located in southern Texas is now seeking an experienced Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This regional leading pediatric medical center is home to nearly 200 inpatient beds and offers a wide variety of inpatient, outpatient, and tertiary care services. For nearly a century, this organization has offered top-quality care in an intimate setting that emphasizes fast patient recoveries and clinical innovation. This location features cardiovascular care, surgical services, kidney center, imaging and laboratory services, pharmacy, and rehabilitation services.
The Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider will join a state-of-the-art medical campus and will have the ability to join a variety of specialties including Cardiac ICU, Orthopedic Surgery, Neonatal NICU, or outpatient care services. All opportunities will offer full-time schedules, comprehensive benefit packages, and growth opportunities. The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver high-quality and compassionate care as part of a multidisciplinary care team. Additional responsibilities include patient assessment and diagnosis, care management, emergency response, patient education, record keeping, and possible training of new employees.
What Makes You Awesome :
Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Prior experience in an inpatient acute care setting
Experience working in pediatric medicine is a plus but not required
