As a NICU NP, you will be collaborating with physicians, other NNP, and nursing staff to provide top notch patient care. The Hospital Nurse Practitioner NICU reports to the Neonatologist to customize medical care plans for patients. The NICU NP will be preforming procedures, conducting research, and teaching/leading others. The NICU Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for complying with The Joint Commission guidelines to keep the hospital in good standing.
