The Healthcare Director of Risk has administrative and operational oversight for all Risk-related matters and is the primary hospital for Joint Commission surveys. The Acute Care Risk Director will manage 3 direct reports and oversee all Compliance Investigations, Patient Grievances, and Root Cause Analysis activities. The ideal candidate has progressive management experience in hospital settings and a proven track record of being a collaborative leader. The Healthcare Director of Risk will be an integral leader of the leadership team.
