The Ambulatory Surgical Services Nurse Leader will work with an innovative team of Changemakers at this beautiful facility. This site has 6 ORs and 3 Procedure Rooms. Cutting-edge technology supports care in the surgical specialties of Colon and Rectal, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Pain Management, Plastics, and Reconstruction.
The ideal Ambulatory Surgery RN Director candidate will have a BSN and related leadership experience. The Surgery Center Administrator will possess proven leadership and team management skills, strong finance and budget management experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. OR Nurse Managers and Surgery Center Nurse Directors should apply for this role, as should RNs with their MBAs, MHAs, and MSNs.
As the Surgery Center Nurse Administrator, you will ensure the seamless operation of the surgical facility.
