The RN Nursing Supervisor will oversee the night to night workflow. In this role, you will serve as a key leader, acting as a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, and support to the Nurse Manager. You will oversee a dynamic Nursing staff, which includes many MS-BC RNs. You will collaborate with House Supervisors and RN Managers on Stepdown and Telemetry Units. Unit Charge Nurses will support leadership as will the Clinical Nurse Educator.
