The qualifications they seek include a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, alongside state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent. They would also prefer a candidate who has at least two years of clinical experience providing behavioral health services.
As a Behavioral Health Counselor , your responsibilities will encompass conducting comprehensive assessments, collaboratively devising personalized treatment plans, and conducting individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-backed therapeutic techniques.
